I am a Licensed Professinal Counselor and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with a private practice in Norman, OK. I specialize in anxiety, grief, depression, and addiction issues. I also offer career counseling services including resume development and review, interview preparation, and career assessments. I have helped many people just like you to stop hurting and start living that life you always wanted for yourself.
You are the main focus of treatment. I will work with you to set goals. My primary therapy style is Cognitive Therapy and present focused. My hope is for you to not only understand why you experience stress (including depression, anxiety, trauma, or addiction) but for you to change your thoughts and behaviors so you can live a happy, healthy life.
